Job Type: CAFM Trainer / Implementation Project Manager
Location: Nationwide
Salary: Negotiable (subject to experience)
Start Date: To be arranged
Duration: Permanent (Full Time (Will consider Part Time)) (Subject to successful completion of 6 months probationary period)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join EFM Consulting Ltd as a Trainer / Project Manager as the CAFM System base continues to grow. We are a forward thinking company with an excellent track record in client care and project delivery.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has demonstrable experience (2 years or more) in the front line use of the CAFM Systems with a willingness and capability to share their experience from a practical perspective with other Users of the system across a number of industry sectors including Health, Academic and Commercial throughout the UK.
Duties and responsibilities
Typical duties include site work consisting of:
- CAFM System Training (to small and large groups);
- CAFM System Support;
- project Management of CAFM System / Module Implementation or Optimisation;
- configuration and population of CAFM Systems.
Principle responsibilities include:
- providing Specialist Training on CAFM Systems;
- providing professional support, advice and guidance to Clients with regard to their CAFM Systems;
- configuration and implementation of CAFM Systems as detailed above.
Person Specification
Pre-existing experience of work within the CAFM field is essential as detailed above.
As a minimum, the following attributes are specified:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- excellent presentation skills;
- ability to work alone or in small teams;
- able to use own initiative if working alone;
- strong work ethic;
- flexible approach to out-of-hours working, travelling and being away from home;
- high attention to detail;
- demonstrable practical experience of CAFM System use (minimum of 2 years)
DBS Check required: Yes
UK Driving Licence required: Yes
We are passionate and enthusiastic about the manner in which we deliver the Training and peripheral services and as such any applicant should be willing and able to deliver sessions and handle projects in an engaging, informative and professional manner. This is a National role, therefore the successful candidate will need to be able to travel extensively around the UK and be able to spend a minimum of 3 x nights per week away from home. The role is also home based and as such the successful candidate should be comfortable working in this environment.
